DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Kateřina
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of alcohol consumption in children and youth. The first chapter describes alcohol and its impact on health, provides an overview of alcohol consumption in the Czech Republic in adults, children and youth. The concept of pupils with special educational needs is explained here and attention is focused on ADHD pupils. The following is an introduction to the primary prevention system in the Czech Republic. The work describes the methodologies for working with pupils with special educational needs and identifies the basic documents and methodologies that can be used in the creation of preventive programs for the school environment. The created preventive program should teach pupils to refuse alcohol, bring information about the consequences of its consumption and raise overall awareness of its poor effect on the human body. Its aim is also to try to improve communication and find solutions in their often dissatisfied lifestyle. Overall, the program strives to develop communication, get to know other people, resolve negative events or conflict. And especially to get to know yourself.
